Who else loves looking ladylike and feminine?!
The trumpet skirt showcases your figure and hugs you in all the right places to give you the most flirty and sexy silhouette! It gives off the allusion of a small waist and curvy hips, the ultimate Marilyn Monroe look. Who doesn’t want to look like a Hollywood queen?
Plus, it’s an appropriate length for both work and play, & has nice movement at the hem.
I find the fit and flare silhouette of this trumpet skirt a refreshing switch-up from the typical a-line silhouette of most skirts this length I’m normally wearing. And, although the flower print top works well the way I styled it today, (it’s actually a dress) I think the skirt would be dynamite paired with a tank or crop top! Waiting for warmer weather to wear this one but I’m also obsessed with this one and this one for a more festive occasion.
Try not to over-do it on your upper half. Maintain a toned appearance by matching your fluted-hem skirt with a simplistic top, which will help to draw more attention to the wonderfully flirty flair that is surprisingly sexy considering it’s structured restrictions! I’m planning to wear it with a jeans blouse like this one and pointy flats for a casual daytime look.
And of course I wore my favorite accessory of the season, my blue patent Chanel le boy bag. Did I mention I am obsessed with this beauty?
Hope you like it lovelies!
